On 9 May 2008 the Government announced that the requirement for 1st Day Marketing has now been delayed until 31st December 2008; along with the requirement for management information for leasehold property. This delay means that you can still market your property as soon as you have ordered and paid for your HIP. HOWEVER a copy of the lease is still required within the HIP.
